Operation Instructions (Rear Panel)

• The clamp corresponding with the luminescent tube is the positive polarity clamp
• Connect tester to battery — the voltmeter displays open-circuit voltage of the battery
• Normal voltage for a 12V battery is between 12.5–13V
• Turn the test switch to ON — the pointer/LED indicates battery status: Normal, Recharged, or Discharged
• Note: Do not hold the load switch ON for more than 5 seconds; avoid touching the heat dissipation holes during testing

How to Use

1. Connect clamps to battery terminals — luminescent (red) clamp to positive (+), black clamp to negative (−)
2. Read the open-circuit voltage on the LED display
3. Flip the test switch to ON and hold for up to 10 seconds
4. Read the LED display voltage and observe the OK / NORMAL / WEAK status LEDs
5. Compare Load Volts against the Starter Test chart for engine-specific diagnosis
6. Flip switch OFF and disconnect clamps
